COBRA Plus Administrators, Inc. was created in 2002 in response to many clients of our affiliated company Pacific Benefit Consultants, Inc., a Cafeteria Plan Administrator. We have been providing COBRA services for our Flexible Spending Account and Medical Expense Reimbursement Plan (MERP) clients since 1990. We were asked to provide expanded COBRA services to all plans because they found we offered an enhanced level of service over their current provider.
We provide this same level of service to clients located throughout the United States. Technology has permitted us to take advantage of services rarely found in other administrators which allows us to provide a high touch approach with our clients and participants. We understand the process that adding or terminating coverage under the provisions of COBRA can be very trying and we attempt to make the process as simple as possible for both the COBRA participant and employer. We also assist our clients to customize our service to comply with State Continuation Laws.
