We generally ask for 4-6 weeks to properly setup a new COBRA client. During this
implementation timeframe, we provide an implementation kit that includes information
about the client, COBRA Participants, Qualified Beneficiaries, and Insurance Carriers.
We also provide welcome kits to the participants so there is an orderly transition
of COBRA payments. If your client has an HR/Benefits enrolment system such as Benetrac.
Transcend Technologies, Benefit Harbor, etc., contact our COBRA team because the
process can be greatly simplified for the client and yourself.
